    That is a short time period to hope for a double. The feb 2017 futures are at 58.50. That's much higher than today's spot market, but far from a $84 doubling. You can make a lot of money if you bet on it doubling and it does. I think it will take more than 2 years, and so does the futues market.

    That should add less than a nickel a gallon.

    And ULSD production adds about a dime. Yet it is nearly a dollar more than regular gas here. The ULS requirement opened up export possibilities of US diesel. Our gasoline has too much sulfur for those export markets right now, with ULSG it won't. I don't if it will make a difference on the pump price, but ULSG means US gasoline goes from a regional commodity to a global one.
