recently swapped an hv battery, 12v battery, ignition, immobilzer and ECU, into a non running 2002 prius with low mileage engine from a running prius with high miles and leaking head gasket. did a “handshake” by jumping OBD to pair the car’s ecu, keys, etc. But I’m still not getting a ready light. Im also not getting any error codes.

Im suspecting the inverter is bad based on the fact I dont see the inverter pump moving water. But didn’t want to swap the inverter until I got some feed back from the community. Thanks for any thoughts or insights.

wouldn't that be a bad pump, or fuse?

Is one of those ECUs the one where you need to leave the car in IG-ON for 30 mins to initialise it to the car?
