I was wondering if it's ok to use a normal car battery charger to voltages to where I need them to be on

    Depends.
    What rate/voltage is the charger?
Will you be watching the charging of each modules very very closely?
How many modules will you be doing at a time?
Most normal car battery chargers will be I'll suited for the job.

Unless it is a severe emergency, I would recommend against it.
Better to by something else more appropriate for the task.

Just need to even out a couple voltages while watching them probably around 10 minutes or less with 2 amp setting.

And yes, it truly is an emergency.

Car lasted 1 year and 3 months after my single cell replacement job.

There was a damaged cell that was seated next to that one, but I didn't have time or money to replace it at the time and that damaged cell has finally failed as well (P3019 cell block 9).

Can't get a charger this time, but next month I will try and finish off the rest of the cells with newer ones when I get paid again.

Where can I get something more suitable locally, or online later on when I can afford it?
I Just want the most basic, lowest price deal I can find.

    Skip the car charger.

    Since it is an emergency.
Why not use a small 9v or 12v power supply. You should be able to pick one up from Goodwill or St. Vincent thrift store for under $5.
Cut off the ends and strip the wires.
    It is MUCH LESS amperage.
Using a regular car charger at 2 amps when the module is at high State of Charge is not a great situation.
Better to be lower amperage, like 0.5 amps, or 0.3 amps.

Thanks I will do that then.

Could news please list several different charges to consider for not too much money that has decent features and which ones will be the quickest etcetera?

Next month, I want to buy one and do that increase capacity/blance thing.

I get confused since there is so much to read up on and stuff.

Why not just give me a call instead.

    Quick will be expensive.
Cheap will take a long time.

You can't have quick and cheap.

    I read you needed cheap.

Okay, this is what I was trying to do...probably a stupid idea, but only thing I could come up with:

    Gen3 HV batteries for Gen2? | Page 4 | PriusChat

You can call me I guess...sending you a PM.
I am just doing the best I know how all alone with no one to help me locally.
