That guy was behaving irresponsibly from the get go. There was no call for his vindictive nonsense. There never is. Your case is muddied somewhat, by stopping short at the light, and dropping speed to 17 mph beyond. You could argue it was to improve the chances of him just getting by you. And also, that having someone lean on their horn behind you, for close to a minute, is rattling.
