So, I take it you'll be moving to Boston or NYC to do your part. The trouble with "remedies" is that they tend to be dictated for one's own good. Who decides who moves to the cities, who has to take mass transit, who gets the windmill in their back yard. (Apparently, not those in Cape Cod.)
