NYC Taxi Commission banning Lexus RX450h - it's too powerful

I was running late for work recently and had to hop a cab, of course it was a 2010 Prius. On those rare occasions I take a cab I pick a hybrid. Of course I started chatting with the driver about Prius and he was very excited about the upcoming v. I have to say I'm 6'1" and my head kept hitting the celing in the rear. Anyway NYC T&LC approved Toyota as an acceptable model for next year. Cabbie said his most common complaint was the low head room in the back.
