    Hello everyone,

I have a 2010 Prius. I brought my car to the Emission Inspection and was told that I have a OBD2 non-communication problem. I was explained that means the OBD2 scanner cannot connect to my Prius system. Has anyone experienced this with their Prius before? What are your recommendations to fix it?

    Thanks

You can try disconnecting the negative cable from your 12v auxiliary battery for a while before reconnecting it. This will reset all the computer modules in your Prius, like rebooting the computers.
