    Yes sir they do, downtown areas theres still a beat to be walked, we have excersise trails those have to be biked and neighborhood trails that have to be walked.
    I woud say I drive 6 hrs a day and walk or pedal the other 4 hrs.

    The powers to be like the personable neighborhood officer foot patrolling in the communities they are assigned... :)

    Some of the cities night shifts still have a few downtown beat cops..... :)
