    I’m really getting sceptical, about corporate scruples, suspect the only thing Toyota (or any of the others) cares about is their bottom line. That said, when that bottom line IS impacted, they “might” dust off and exercise those scruples.

    I called twice, made it through but then someone took a message, said the online guy would call me back "tomorrow". Waited two days, no call. Emailed them, no reply. Called again, on hold for 15 minutes, no one picked up.

    The convenience of online ordering is that I don't have to fuss with customer support. My question is really simple, it could be answered in maybe 30 seconds. If they would just respond and say, 2 weeks, 3 weeks..... I could live with that. No response really irks me. I'm seriously thinking about reporting the issue to PayPal and having it canceled. I'll figure something else out if I have to.
