No experience with them, but $60 for a house call, with the proper oil and filter sounds reasonable.

$30 for an oil change I start thinking what's the catch.

I just ordered oil and filters for the next four changes. Mobil 1 5 quarts is $26.00 at Wal-Mart and over $40 on Amazon. The best price I found for the oil filters is about $5.00 for genuine Toyota. And you need a gasket, so that's $31 for parts. Anybody who's offering you a $30 oil change will either upsell you or they'll use lower quality oil. I know they buy enormous drums of the stuff in bulk, but they almost surely skimp because it's the only way to make any profit.

I suppose the spec lets you use lower quality motor oil but that's against my religion.

Where are you finding OEM filters with gasket at the best price?

if the guy is using quality oil and oem filter, 60 bucks is a bargain.
