What exactly is "1k" of oil ?
If you mean one liter, then that is to be expected.
Cars use more oil as the miles pile up.

See other threads on here about oil usage.

You must mean 230 thousand kilometers? And about liter per 5000km? That doesn’t sound so big that you would repair or rebuild the engine. What kind of oil are you using? Different oil might help? You can check that the PCV-valve is working fine.

I'm thinking "motor ring" is what's commonly called "piston ring".

One liter of oil in 5000 kms, with 230,000 kms on the car, is "not bad". That actually just about the same situation as an 06 Civic Hybrid in our family, and the same amount of oil consumption, lol.

It might be due to gunk/carbon building up on the rings, and you could try gas additives, to try to loosen/clear those deposits. I'm not sure they're that effective though. Doing anything more invasive, say rebuilding or replacing the engine, would be overkill in my opinion.

Again, it's not to serious a consumption level, and considering the mileage: I would just monitor the oil level relatively frequently, add oil as required.

Are any of those 5000 km driven on the Koala Autobahn, or at 115 kph and greater. If so you could try slowing down and see if the oil usage changes at all.

1l/5000km is not even close to a lot, it translates to about 1qt/3000 miles. That rate of consumption is well within normal and not a reason for investigation or concern.

Replace your engine, with another used engine, say from a crashed-and-beyond-repair vehicle with lower miles.
