If ya'll are planning any maintenance work soon you might want to stock up on motor oil. I heard 0W-16 is especially low and getting harder to find, some dealership are out so having to use 0W-20. (I just needed some 0W-16 for my 21 Prius and the only place that had any was Walmart...all three of my car parts stores were out.)

Prices maybe climbing too? I was getting bulk Toyota 0W20 for $4.44 CDN per liter (had been even lower), then next time, after a bit of discussion, $6.67. Initially they (Toyota Service Dept) quoted even higher, but even they were taken aback: the price was higher than BOTTLED liters they had in stock. I suspect the bottled price will be going up too, when they restock.

Truth be known, you did not really "need" 0W16 and 0W20 would be just fine.
