The manual says use 0-20W oil. Would it be ok to use 5-20W? Should I do regular or synthetic oil?

The manual for my 2013 recommends 0w20 synthetic but permits use of 5w20. I would strongly urge that you use the 0w20 full synthetic for both life and fuel economy reasons.

    Either will be fine.
Those weights probably are only available in synthetic or syn blend.
