Ok to call multiple dealers in my area to pre-order car of my dreams?

Thanks, ggood & Jabber. Since the dealer invoice is $21,806 (kbb says it includes "destination charges"), are you saying I should be able to get a deal at that figure plus $700 profit for the dealer, plus Michigan sales tax?
(Also, if Toyota's destination (delivery) charge to the dealer is included in the invoice, will the dealer likely want to tack on a separate fee for "Processing & Handling"?)
