    The above is what happens when thieves repeatedly don’t appear to encounter any consequences for a crime.

    If the above guy would have not dragged the guy around and instead just called police and stated self defense during a robbery he may have a leg to stand on.

    On the other hand Malicious intent doesn’t go over real well
