It sits with my homebrew 14v battery maintainer. It sat for ~8 months last winter and when I powered it up last June it started up like it had never sat even one day. The HV battery held it's charge too. I forced charged it this fall until it was one bar from the top on the battery scale in the display and expect it to be at that same level next spring or summer when I get to take it out. This car is amazing :)

An old Saturn Vue AWD ;) Thirsty sucker :( That is my daily driver in the warm weather if we are only home for a short time. Otherwise I am driving rentals. My Prius is my pleasure use only car until I move south then it can be a daily driver.

Prius drives excellent in snow & ice. I have driven rentals thru many crazy winter storms in Minnesota and other Midwest states. The car will slide around but the long wheelbase helps it come back in line real easy. Camry Hybrid is another excellent snow/ice car. I will be testing a Sienna this February. I suspect that will be just as stable with it's long wheelbase.
