Out of juice 2002

    My 2002 project car is in need of HV juice. In trying to get the ice to start I ran down the HV to the point where it won't turn over the motor. Working with the Auto Enginuity reader, I found the Delta SOC to be at %20 and my ScanguageII puts it at 16%. So I need to charge up the HV to 60%
    Doing research I found the PriusChat thread to the 2010 outofjuice articleby Paul Cortes of Arts Automotive in Beserkely about the ELCon HV Charger.
    Has anyone ever used one?
    I then came across this right up the road from me in Santa Fe:
    Hybrid High Voltage Charger
    laser propulsion systems and Prius HV chargers, my o my!!
    Has anyone ever used one?

    I would probably pull the traction battery and survey the modules. Excessive discharge might have killed a couple. I'm partial to per module balancing and capacity testing but it takes a little time.
