I have a 2017 Prius 4 purchased in July. Here in Italy the external temperature is still comfortable so it is not yet problematic the small airflow that I feel while driving, coming from the door windows/doors shutter control pad and that I can clearly feel with my hand close to the pad when driving at sub urban road speed.
I'm pretty sure that air from outside flows in any way inside the door by any spillage hole and come in the cockpit through the tiny space around the control knobs/buttons.
Do you have such kind of (small) issue?

No, I'd get it fixed. (Though my Driver's door is on the right side here.)

I had the same draught on the Gen 3, the Prius+ and although a lot less so, it's still there on the Gen 4.
