P lock abnormal ok in hot weather

Id do some searching here and on google about making the setup work as there will be challenges.

Unfortunately, the scan tool can’t tell you how to fix the problem. Even a Toyota Techstream system can only report what has been stored in the car’s computers, which simply don’t have the circuits or programming required to identify the exact cause of many problems.

This is why Toyota publishes detailed, step-by-step troubleshooting procedures in the Repair Manual. The scan tool gives you a head start, by telling you which procedures to follow, but to make an effective repair, you have to finish the job.
