Just got P0116 code and freeze frame data shows coolant temp was at 275 degrees. Live data now shows coolant temperature at 190. Anyone know what to make of this?

I would watch your 12 volt battery. the computers all run off the 12 volt line, and when it is low, they become erratic.

5 years is a good long life for a car battery, if you get more symptoms, replace it.

The Toyota replacement has a 84 month warranty. Amazon used to have a cheaper price, but not today.

Just googled water boiling point in a pressure cooker: 250F. Maybe the sensor is going bad? Or aforementioned battery problem?

    Merged.

Battery reads 12.78V with car off.

    Merged.

I did remove the mounting bolts for the coolant tank to access low beams two days ago. Is there anything I could have disturbed in that area to cause this?
