I thought it was due to bad sparking plugs and coils. I changed all 4 coils and plugs but in doing so I might have made couple of mistakes:

    1) I might have got the wrong plug
    2) I might have not tighten the air intake box enough

So I started having the error codes of
    P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304 and P0505 along with
    P0351, P0352, P0353, P0354.

But at the moment after installing the right plug, I'm only having
    P0351, P0352, P0353, P0354.

Now all sorts of warning signs are there in the display including the red triangle. I checked the fuses and those are fine.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

    a) using the wrong plug b) not tightening the air intake properly.

Therefore initially the codes: P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304 along with P0351, P0352, P0353, P0354 came up but after using the correct plug and tightening the air intake only P0301, P0302, P0303, and P0304 are shown.

I love Prius as it is a nice car. I needed to sort it out asap. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like water in the tank. What kind of gas do you use?

If you're using ethanol, rapid changes in temperature causes water to separate out.

I had the same issue you had; ran a tank of premium and it cleared it up. Depending on how bad it is, you may have to add some HEET to the tank.

    Good luck!

I am confused. What codes do you actually have right now? P030"x" codes or P035"x" codes? What spark plugs and coils did you put in? Where did you get them from?

Does the car's petrol engine actually run? How many bars are left on the "battery gauge"? - if the engine doesn't run, the car will try to start it by using the hybrid motor to spin it at 1000 RPM for 10 seconds. It can "sound" like it runs then stalls, but in actuality it never started at all. Too many attempts will run the HV battery flat.

You might want to reinstall the old coils, clean the throttle body, and see if it will run.

    Update

I followed mr_guy_mann's advice by cleaning the throttle body and to reinstall the old coils. I also disconnect and reconned the 12v battery.
Good news is most of the error coders are gone but the bad news is red brake system warning light is visible and the car shakes while engine starts.

    I'll really appreicate your suggestions.

Could you plase clarify what you mean by 'a tank of premium'? Do you mean Sea Foam? I'd like try with HEET but as soon as the engine starts, it starts shaking.

    UPDATE:

I've changed four fuel injectors today but no luck. The Master Warning light (red triangle) and Brake system warning lights are on. Tried to ge code by OBD reader but no code.

Any suggestion as to what to do next?
