Hi guys, I'm pretty sure I just need to change out the hybrid cell that's in the module that's reading low which is battery block volume 7, but I'd like to get some other opinions. Attached is the frame data. Any input is appreciated.

Changing a module is likely to cure the acute problem, but keep in mind that it's a band-aid. It is likely to return your battery to "old and tired but not quite dead yet" status. No guarantee it stays that way for long.

Oh yeah I plan on having to open it up again in a month or two and having to change out another one. I was just making sure that's what's needed here before I open it up.

Also, if the modules are not properly balanced and the pack reconditioned, the issue will likely return sooner than necessary.
@TMR-JWAP here is evaluating a bad Dorman pack and, excluding 2 bad modules, the others are still gaining capacity after 13 discharge / charge reconditioning cycles.
He is using hobby chargers, not the smart Prolong grid charger conditioning system.

$1600 gets you a kit of new cells and you can sell your not yet filed modules. It is sold by @2k1Toaster and the link is in my signature.

I've read where many people have just flipped the cells so that all the positive terminals are on one side and all the negative terminals are on one side and connected all the positives using a Cooper wire and also connected all the negatives using a Cooper wire and it balanced the whole battery. Any thoughts about this method?

It is not a good idea. There are smart grid chargers like the Prolong charger for a reason. The weaker modules would pull down the good ones.
