P1430 Prius 2001 Solved! Broken Sensor Wire

    20201222_142155.jpg 20201222_151202.jpg 20201222_142155.jpg I got a P1430 code on my 2001 Gen 1 Prius the other day. I could not clear it.
    I looked around the Vacuum Sensor a couple inches above and to the left of the oil dip stick, and found a broken yellow and red wire at the connector. I stripped the wires and soldered them together and was able to clear the P1430 code.
    All 3 wires at the connector had broken insulation but only one had broken from metal fatigue from engine vibration.
