I just replace 3 modules on my 2005 Prius. Now it is giving me a P3011. I think the error is coming from the 3 modules that I just replaced. Is it possible that I am just getting the code while it balances out the cells? Otherwise I am out of ideas.

The blocks on the Gen 2 Prius start with Block 1 being the 2 modules furthest from the ecu section of the battery and Block 14 being the 2 modules closest to the ecu section. Quite often, the wrong module gets replaced if the person isn't familiar with the numbering sequence.

P3011 would be Block 1 becomes weak. That would be the two modules furthest from the electronics section. Which ones did you replace?
