I have 2012 Prius V with this code P3191 No start issue, I think it sounds like it is starting but it's not, I cleaned the EGR, intake manifold and MAF sensor, but I am sill getting the same issue, I am planning to replace the spark plugs, fuel injectors and the fuel pump. what do you think?

Code P3191 does not have a sub code.

    What is the milage?

Did you have the no start P3191 before or after cleaning the EGR, intake manifold , and MAF sensor?

Did you clean the throttle body?

Also check for a vacuum hose that did not get connected.

Check the spark plugs first and then the fuel pump.

How many miles on the Prius?

Do Not change all that without knowing what's going on.
    They could all be fine.
    Better investigate more.

Did this just happen out of the blue?

The reason why I changed all those stuff, it’s because I had them in my place, so I thought I’ll try that and see, I have just bought this vehicle, a couple weeks ago.

I worked on this vehicle this past weekend, changed the fuel pump with a used one, but that didn’t solve the problem, but when I checked the new used pump, i found out that it’s not running at all, the old one was working.

DO NOT purchase a used Gen 3................. they get great mpg but when things go wrong there goes all of the fuel savings and the trouble that goes with this HG problem... plus the possible oil consumption, brake system and big (traction) battery failure in the back and the most likely inverter failure a long way from home. Could easily cost $6000 or more if you can't do the repairs yourself.
I'm still driving toys everyday... but they are ICE.

I agree, if you are DIYer or know a good cheap mechanic, don't buy a used hybrid vehicle,

I knew a couple from Starbucks..... I told them the car was going to blow the head gasket.... they just skoffed at my comment. and told me it's the best car they have ever had... thought i was totally wrong....even told them to trade it off or get online and read about it.... then a couple of months later I seen them driving a toy SUV... asked what happened to prius.... blown head gasket, got hot ruined the engine.... and this happened on I10 between San Antone and Houston in the summer.........
