Wipers failed while it was raining - made for an interesting trip back home.

I took out the wiper linkage (part #85150-47070) and found that the end link had popped out (the plastic is cracked). I'm pretty sure I need a whole new linkage as Toyota doesn't sell individual plastics. Not sure If I need to buy the motor (since it's not clear if it includes the arm, colored in black in the below image).

Here are some pictures of the broken piece:

I'm aware that the motor isn't included - however, I'm not sure if that black colored arm (with the pretty corroded "knob") with the spring is considered a part of the linkage or the motor assembly. I'd like to replace that back arm.

My guess is that the arm is part of the linkage, not the motor.

May I ask how this went for you?
My 2007 Prius just had the same problem.
Did the linkage provide everything you need?

Hoping I'll find an old used one somewhere rather than going through Toyota Parts...

Cheapest proper fix would be just to replace the wiper link pushing. That's the only failed part. And new grease of course. Here's whole bag of different sizes Dorman- AutoGrade Wiper Linkage Bushing Tech Tray you can also buy them in sets for some cars. But it doesn't seem like you can get kit for a Prius so no way of knowing if they fit.
