Was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the PG&E e9a rates which are available for electric vehicle owners. Is it a better deal.

    FYI, Summer rates as follows:

E1--standard rates--time of day does not matter (baseline =225KWH)

Total Energy Rates ($ per kWh)
    Baseline Usage
    $0.12845 ( )

    101% - 130% of Baseline
    $0.14602 ( )

    131% - 200% of Baseline
    $0.29940 (I)

    201% - 300% of Baseline
    $0.33940 (I)

    Over 300% of Baseline $0.33940 (I)

For E9a rates, see link below. Off peak is much less expensive, but peak about double
