Phonebook won't list names, only numbers

    I am a New Prius owner of a Used 2005. I transferred my phone data, however only the phone numbers transferred, not the names. The "wxyz" is the only one highlighted when trying to type in the names of the phone numbers but it doesn't work. How do I acsess the Highlighted alphabet screen? Thank you. :)
