    Somebody parked in front of my PIP...and what a surprise. It was ANOTHER PIP!
    This happened last Friday in Arlington VA.

    Well, we do not know if it is a PiP the one in the foreground, but surely it looks like it.
    The picture resolution and illumination is low.

    Sadly, no. The parking lot behind the photo is actually a Whole Foods store. I wish there was one there.
