    Many many things do. The right of way is specifically for power transmission lines. He would also face penalties from the turbine suppliers. Finally he probably will not be the one building lines and owning the right of way. He is asking for it to be built for his projects and for the genral good of the grid.

    When you have Houstonians whining that other forms of energy should not receive infrastructure assistance, it gets political in a hurry. :rolleyes: You couldn't be in a worse place from a credibility standpoint. :D
