    Looking fine!

What options did you get on your 4 (if any, other than Hypersonic Red)?

Any plans for window tints, clear wraps, add-ons, upgrades, etc. ?

Congrats. Hooefully you don't have the sunroof wind noise after closing it from tilt / up position.

I have the ATP and the seats are soft-tex Moonstone interior. I think I might tint the windows. Never had tinted windows before, but I think it might look really good. Does tinting the windows make it harder to see out at night? I don't know what a clear wrap is, could you explain? It came with the clear stuff on the hood, is that what you mean? Also, thinking about putting window shields on the windows so I can keep the windows slightly open when it's hot outside so I won't have to worry about it raining. It might take away from the looks. What ya think?

Yep, that's my plates for now. Planning on personalizing it shortly. Haven't thought of what I want them to say yet. Any suggestions?

I didn't order this car. Was fortunate to have found it online at a dealership about 2 hours away. I initially wanted a 3 with ATP, but sooooo glad I found this instead.

Well, tinting can make it harder to see out the side windows at night; if you want to take a conservative approach, go with driver and passenger side windows in no lower than 50% VLT (Visible Light Transmission), and do the same for the rear doors and hatch windows. A darker tint might look better, but you might have view issues at night, and it's also possible a darker tint may draw unwanted attention from the local gendarmes...

I have 35% VLT on all side and rear windows; I'm loving the look and function of it, and it's really effective in the summer sun and heat. Maybe you could get some sample sheets of various shades from your friendly local installer, and prop them in your windows to see what you like most.

Yup, the clear stuff on the nose/front/hood is the "clear wrap" - you already have it. ☺

The side window visors are a great addition, very nice to have in that muggy Virginia climate. There are several threads with photos of them on a gen 4 around this forum; just do a search for them. The JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) side visors on are low-profile and look really good, that's what I chose and have no regrets.

Oh - I know exactly what you mean about looking forward to driving it to work. I keep looking for excuses to drive mine anywhere! I love to take it for a cruise in one of our local wooded parks; windows down, sunroof open, fan and stereo off, just rollin' nearly silent, comfortable, serene...bliss!

    Enjoy your new ride!

Thanks for all of your wonderful advice!! I will definitely check out the window visors. I live in a small community and will probably have to drive two Counties over to find a window tinting establishment, but I want to see what they have and maybe give them a try. I am soooo enjoying my Pri!!!

Oh, but it is sooooo tempting ;)
