PiP Batt Cost

    In another thread, @Grus over there in China has been giving us some various battery parts costs from Toyota-Japan parts lists.

    No Gen4 batt cost yet. Grus also gave us Li vs. NiMH hybrid batt - no plug - on another post (Li approx. 3x NiMH) but Grus is hoping the 2nd Gen Li batt in Gen4 is less.

    Note that Grus quotes about $1500 for the NiMH Batt which actually costs ~$2200 at the dealer, so I am not suggesting the cost below is what we would see in the USA at a dealer. Its more like what the dealer would pay not including shipping and handling, I would think.

    i thought i read someone in eu got a quote, but can't remember. maybe it was salvage. $7,500. for a $15,000. car probably won't fly.:p
