    If you want the measure the power of your 120v cable for the PiP, you could use "http://www.amazon.com/P3-International-P4400-Electricity-Monitor/dp/B00009MDBU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1323830022&sr=8-1" meter - $18.39. The link is to Amazon, but I've also seen them in the store at Home Depot for about $10 more.
