Just ordered these because it is time to replace my Goodyear Assurance Fuel Max tires which I was not very happy with, the sidewalls are not good and that is why they no longer make those tires.

They were grippy even in cold weather till this very day but now I must replace them since they are cracking and Americas Tire will not rotate them anymore.

Will upload pictures when I get them in. Screenshot_2023-01-29-16-19-40.jpeg

Did you get cracks where the tread meets the sidewall? (They are original equipment on Scion iQs with factory 16” wheels and happens to them all I guess…)

I ended up buying 5 of these they are tiny but I hope they work at patching the cracks!

    Tires just came in today!!!

Very nice, will be mounting them this weekend.

As for the goodyears, yes the cracks where it met the sidewall and they also warped.

I guess a "good year" is all that you will get out of those tires. 20230131_160712.jpeg

Got them mounted and balanced today.

Also now have an OEM full size spare.

Took the best of my old tires and had an OEM rim already with a bad tire.

    All done for $81

The ride is much better and now I'm rolling with an 85k mile warranty.

Mpg stayed the same, here is an image of the first drive with them, temp was in the mid 40's and my speed was 60mph steady. 20230202_204823.jpeg 20230202_204858.jpeg

Yes the OEM full size rim/tire fits in the well.

Will have to see for sure if mount bolt can still be used or if another one will be needed.

I read I can still use the same one to hold the spare down securely.

Feels good to know I got a full size spare and not that yellow thin disc of a wheel.

I found the opposite, I think, way back when I tried dropping one of my mounted snow tires (stock size) into that well. It almost fit, but was chafing the side walls of the well, and when you put the tray and hatch floor back on it was riding at least an inch higher.

maybe I’ll check again, next time I check the temp spare pressure.

Fits fine just the bolt to hold the tire down is not long enough so I need to update that.

My car did not have the plastic cargo area when I bought it so I do not know if it would cause issues with that but it could. 20230205_105351.jpeg

Yeah I think it was the plastic jack cradle that pushes up the deck. Not 100% sure till I try again.
