What are my chances of getting recalled inverter coolant pump replacement (new pump) put im my hands so
that I can replace it myself...
I'de rather not let the dealer do it...I've never let anyone work on my cars in my lifetime...
I take extra time to do the quality job that I require...
I would hope dealer could just record that recall was complete and hand me a new inverter coollant pump...

No chance. If you want to replace the inverter coolant pump yourself, then you'll have to fund the parts purchase. However the pump is not particularly expensive.

Then you could try to write to the Toyota Customer Experience Center and get reimbursed for the parts purchase.
