Plasti-Dipped my Rims White

Can you go over your steps in doing this? I'd do the wheels unmounted, but how do you deal with things like tire balance weights?

 

Should be mounted in the inside of the rims.....

 

I'm new to the forum. I lurked for a while before finally signing up but took the proverbial plunge.This being my first postI don't know if it's frowned upon for me to "revive" the thread.

I've been inspired by this forum and this thread in particular, I decided to plasti-dip my 2011's wheels today AND JOIN to tell you guys!!

 

All you need is to add some center caps and you'll be done!

 

I was planing on doing the same. Glad to see what it looks like. Looks good!

 

took care of that and a couple other things this morning

 

I think it would look great on your car with the black exterior. I say do it and take pictures!!! I learned if you spray tire shine first it makes the excess dip on the tire feel off super easily it wouldn't even be worth masking. I made a post about what I did on my car with a few hacks.
