was thinking of setting up a Xbox one and a small flat screen TV to the back of my seat(driver or passenger). what would be the best way to power these?

I looked online and a Xbox one s under full load takes about 70-80 watts of power while a small flat screen tv led can run lower than 50 watts. my Prius says a Max load of 120watts for both cigarette lighters. if I use a 120watt DC to ac inverter would I be ok?

Or would I be better off just hooking up a pure sine wave inverter to my auxillary battery?
