Are you talking about the clips that hold on the panel on the bottom of the engine? If so, they use various sizes based upon which part you are removing, if I remember correctly. The good news is that they are cheap and you can find multiple sizes, including a variety pack, at places like Pep Boys. That is where I get mine.

Here are the clips I bought; not OEM, but they seem to work:

    Clips & Fasteners
    larger A20955 10 for $10.15
    smaller A20869 10 for 9.23
    ebay' for 10% off, s/h 4.07

Prices are 2 years old or so. Google the part numbers?

Look up the parts here 2010 Toyota PRIUS Body Parts | Genuine OEM Toyota Parts

Each parts page has a diagram you can view for reference. Click on the "More Info" button to view the diagram. It will be displayed in a pop-up window. Find the part number in the diagram and find its reference on the parts sheet.

Or you can visit your Toyota parts department and they can tell you :)

I'm assuming the engine splash shield you are needing the clips for is what Toyota refers to as the Engine under cover. If so, here is the direct parts page for that 2010 Toyota PRIUS JPP-REGULAR 10628 51-02 Suspension Crossmember & Under

I know for the oil change door #665-2388 from NAPA replaces the larger ones, and #665-3278 replaces the smaller ones. The larger ones are a slightly tight fit but a gentle tap with a hammer will drive em in completely. I am inclined to believe that the larger ones will work for most of the engine undercover. NAPA stocks the larger ones for $5/6-pk.

It's one piece of plastic; the flap in vicinity of oil pan's hinge is just a thinner zone. And with the brittle plastic spec., that's the problem...

You could make up a replacement piece, with holes drilled at the clip locations, and some sort of hinge.

My method of preserving the panel is that I'm doing my own oil changes, and take the whole panel off every time.

Just noticed in the glove box, and I don't even remember buying them (Alzheimer's setting in....), a bag with some clips, part no. 90467-07215. Think I've used one.

That number doesn't correlate with any in the pdf I posted up the page, but looks very similar.
