    I replaced the water pump in our sold 2010 at 175 k miles pre-emptively. Toyota quotes the pump as lifetime as it is magnetically driven through an electrified field;).

    So not as frequent (and Toyota would argue not required) depending on your definition of lifetime :cool:.
