pluggen in Techstream, got some codes!

Finally got my techstream working, it's a great program but way over my head! But I did get my expected

P0A80/Replace battery pack and also
P3019/battery block 9 becomes weak
P3020/battery block 10 becomes weak
P3000 battery control system

Can I assume this just means modules 9 and 10 are bad?
The other codes I got, in the Braking/VSC section of the computer are

C1259 HV system regenerative malfunction
C1310 HV system malfuntion

No other codes of any kind.

What say you? Is this a straight ahead battery die-off, or are the last 2 codes telling me someother strange and expensive problem exists in my car? 1310 is obvious. It's 1259 I'm worried about. I'll be googling tonight...

My symptoms are thus:

Rapid battery charge/discharge, expecially on hills or just after startup.
Poor acceleration
cooling fan doesn't shut off
ICE doesn't shut off
And that's pretty much it. Gets me back and forth to work at the moment, but that probably won't last long...

 

Ah, I was thinking a block was a module.

 

Man, techstream really is amazing. Considering it was 30.00, came in the main in a week and shows me every digit happening inside my car. Just wow. Put that together with all the knowledge on Priuschat. I'm turning into a Prius nerd and it's really fun! Really if I could learn t work on these things for a living, I'd probably do it. I'm fascinated.
