Do a search for PlugoutPower / inverters (they won’t let me post a link)

I bought this and ended up getting a used 2kw older converdant system that works better for my use case so I don’t have a use for this

Paid $2,400 for the system plus $128 for the socket kit. Please make an offer if interested

You’d need to buy a $175 cable from them and get it hooked into your high voltage battery. I had my local shop (luscious garage in San Francisco) do this for me and it works well. This system I’m selling has not been used at all

Prefer to sell local to the Bay Area as it’s quite heavy to ship.

    Private message if interested.

Which one did you buy? The 3kW one in this brochure (DOC file, bleah)?

For some reason, their Products is showing only the 5 kW one at the moment.

Yes I bought the 3kw. He's out of stock of the 3kw. The 5kw only works with some cars. He recommended the 3kw for my Prius v and other Prius cars

At half the price of the plugout power unit, and less than half the weight and a fracción of the size, I thought it was worth investigating.

Correction, the 3000 watt unit is a fracción of the size, and only weight 18 lbs. The 6000 watt split phase is about the same size, but only 1300 dollars.

I am not familiar with either unit. They might be worth looking into.

Since this thread was a specific for-sale thread for one member with a PlugOut unit to sell, it might not be the best place for further discussion of these.

I would suggest starting a new thread to discuss these units, and then adding a link to that new thread on this existing knowledge-base thread:
