I plug in every night. Usually I leave my 2014 Prius PIP all night. Some times when I take my dog out to pee for the night I will unplug, but it does have a full charge. My daughter is driving the Prius more and more. She charges differently. It still gets it's full charge over night. But she will be home for 30min or an hour and she will plug in for a charge. So the battery is now getting partial charges fairly regular. So my question is: Is the partial charging bad for the battery? Or Battery's life?

Won't hurt a thing. Think of it this way. Once the EV range is used up and it's in HV mode, you're constantly doing very small partial charges every time you coast or brake.

Toyota does recommend, though.that if you're plugging in as soon as you get home, but not leaving till the next morning or something like that, that you use the timer.

the only harm in your scenario is leaving it charged all night as jerry mentions. learn to use the end timer.

I get using the timer, but once it’s fully charged and still plugged in, what’s the harm? It’s not doing anything once it’s full.

lithium batteries do not like to be stored full. the harm is long term degradation, a tiny bit at a time, every second it sits full.
now, the toyota batteries are near 'full, even though that is what the icon shows.
still, toyota recommends charging just before leaving whenever possible.

Correct. Once it's full it makes no difference if you unplug it right away or not.

and if it is hot out, and your garage is hot, that exacerbates the problem. especially coming back from a drive with hot battery and plugging in right away.

I agree, leaving it full for weeks while ur on vacation isn't a good idea. But leaving it full overnight so it's ready in the morning shouldn't be an issue.

every night x one month = several weeks.
