Politics gets in the way of the war on terror

    Everyone remember the OBL video that was leaked back on Sept 7? They haven't identified who leaked it yet, but counter-terrorism officials are saying it was leaked by someone in the government (read: politically motivated individual).

    Specifically, they obtained this video because they had long standing access into Al Queda's internet network. Very shortly after the leak was made public, that network was shutdown, cutting off critical access in the real war on terror.

    I can't wait to find out who leaked the video (Someone on the hill, or from the presidents staff?) and watch them be politically destroyed by it. Something of this magnitude, IMO, should result in criminal charges, too. They knew they were compromising an invaluable source for their 15 minutes of fame.
