My prius popped the P0A93 code but then disappeared. What is going on? I'm trying to sell it and that code isnt currently there anymore. Is that normal? Does it mean it isnt serious?

What year is your Prius? 2004?
Cause the Vehicle: 2004 Prius Model: Plug-in Base in your Profile don't match.

Here is a good writeup on
for Gen 2 2004 from Luscious Garage in San Fran https://lusciousgarage.com/blog/prius_code_p0a93_inverter_water_pump_seized/
Should help you understand some of what's going on when you get the code.
@ChapmanF and / or @Elektroingenieur might have more suggestions and possibly an explanation why a P0A93 would show up - than go away. Specially if you update your Prius Year and / or Model.

The code means the car's power electronics overheated, usually because of a problem with the little electric water pump that cools them.

If it came on when you were driving hard enough to exceed the temperature trigger for the code, it could then go away if you do some easier driving where it doesn't overheat.

That does not mean it is normal, and does not mean it isn't serious.

But it's usually not very expensive. If it's the pump, it's an easy fix.
