    well my younger brother died from a sudden heart attack last year. my grandfather died at age 47 which is only a few years more than i am now.

    i know family heredity plays a big part in determing longevity but it is not the only factor. many things can be done in both a preventative and proactively to live a long, healthy, normal life.
