I brought my 2013 Prius in for its 20,000 mile Toyota care maintenance and just wanted to thank West Herr Toyota of Williamsville for a positive experience. I have read several negative dealership experiences on this forum so I thought I would take the time to post my positive experience.

    1) Total wait time for the oil change & Entune software update: 56 minutes (I passed on the tire rotation since I recently put on the snow tires/ wheels 1000 miles ago)
    2) Correct amount of Toyota 0w20 oil added from quart bottles as listed on receipt (not overfilled)
    3) Fair price paid for ATF WS @ $5.91/ quart from parts department for future 30,000 mile transaxle fluid change to be done in my garage.
    4) Scion FRS eye candy in showroom to dream about when I don't need the passenger/cargo capacity or fuel economy :)

No, but they had good coffee and donut holes.... Is it possible the holes have a lower rolling resistance?

absolutely, a well rounded hole has very little surface area touching the tongue. they go down like a fine wine. sounds like you've found the perfect dealer.(y)
