    Easy!

    1. NOT do the rotation
    2. Fail to notice a tire that's been damaged.
    3. Leave lugs off.
    4. Over-torque/under-torque lugs.
    5. Break lug bolts.
    6. Damage rims.
    7. Neglect to re-install trim pieces (although this may be an improvement!)

    (draws in breath)

    8. scratch car
    9. stain interior with grubby shoes (or worse!)
    10. forget to re-install valve stem cap(s).
    11. remove the black valve stem caps that smart drivers put on so that people won't think that they're morons, and re-replace the green ones.
    12. Over-inflate/Under-inflate the tire(s)
    13. Use the incorrect rotation pattern.

    If you spend any time in this forum you very quickly discover that there's no practical limit to the ways that even a GEN-U-WHINE certified ASE mechanic can make a mistake on the job.
