PRIME AWD Conversion with 135hp Electric Motor

As the title states, this is happening, what I'd like to know is... why will this mission I am on not work? I'm asking with the hope one of you smarter gentleman says something that triggers my brain during this process. Go!

Oh rear motor is CANBUS controlled and here is the rear sub frame ready for the car. I'm waiting on Wilwood BBK in the rear before installing, should be here soon and for now it will roll around like any normal Prius being tested before the motor goes in.
