    Hi All,

I'm fairly new to the Prime scene, but have not found any information on this here. Recently, the charging cable for my 2020 Prius Prime stopped working. I charged with it one afternoon/evening, and it charged fine. I drove ~30 miles the next morning, got back home and plugged it in as usual and it would not charge. The dash display only shows "Charging port lid open". The light in the charging port never turns green. As I understand it, based on the manual, when the CCID is plugged into the wall, the Power Light in the cable box should be green; it does not light up (I never paid attention to it before). I did charge at a local charging station for an hour or two to confirm it is not on the car side.

    My questions are:
Has anyone tried to repair/fix the cable/CCID when it stops working?

Are there other options besides dealer and EBay? The dealer wants close to $700 for a new one. I see them on EBay, for $200-$300.

Thanks in advance for your wisdom, suggestions and help!
