Starting to see a bit more.

Yesterday I saw a Blue Mag and a Mag Grey. The day before, there was a white commercial/business and a silver.

Side note, saw my first 2019 Prius AWD on the road.

It does say "Premium package plus: ... " so everything the Premium package plus the contents of the Touring package.

Hopefully if that’s the course of action, he puts the garage queen up for sale here:).

I know it’d garner a fair bit of interest (y).

Congrats! I know the kiddos will enjoy it too! They seemed to like the advanced.

As far as your commute, I use EV auto when I’m doing my 21 mile commute. I let the engine warm up with HV mode on surface streets before I even get to the highway. Then I switch it to EV Auto. My 43 mile round trip usually nets me around 138 mpg each way if I’m not speeding excessively.

You would need to add the customs charges to import to the US. ;)

They did like your advanced, but that’s a lot more tech than I’m used to:oops:.

When I drive the wife’s RX450h, let’s just say I keep it between the lines and don’t use 1/4 of what is available, except for the heated / cooled seats:).

Thanks for sharing your commuting strategy. I’ll give that a shot as I have 1 mile before I am on the freeway in each direction. Just don’t want to wake a stone cold engine up to 75 mph commute fun;).

Looking forward to the purchase though(y).

That’s if it came below the 49th parallel ;).

It won’t be on my account that it would anyway as a new blue Prius is on the horizon (y).

    Ummm.
Parts of Canada are below the 49th parallel. I am originally from Toronto which is DEFINITELY not part of the US. ;)

OR did you mean this??

Since @Mendel Leisk is on the best coast side of the North American continent, the 49th parallel is appropriate, at least in my mind ;).

I guess he is north of both 49th parallels
You are only south of one of them though. ;)

One of te members of my staff has a 17 advanced in the winter gray metallic, and he hasn’t bought gas in months:).

Won’t be my case, but still better than the 50 mpg I average in our 2010;).

And I got him converted from an 04 GMC Sierra(y).

I’ve only heard coal rollers being referenced in regards to the diesel crowd, and they are a harder bunch to convert:cool:.

The gas guys are a challenge, but some can be swayed when you share the mpg and reliability ;).

Once the Prime is charging up near our building, I’m sure I’ll be asked and then we’ll see how more I get (y).

They are also often impressed by the reduced maintenance costs.

You would think we should be able to convert the diesel guys based on the fact that they have to change so much oil when they do an oil change:eek:.

I wanna say the Ford 6.7 L Power Strokes take something in the range of 8 quarts:oops:.

But they say they NEED these large vehicles as toy haulers:whistle:.
